Patrick Bradford

Patrick Bradford is an award winning former hotelier, studied at Rich Dad Institute Toronto and got certified in Creative Financing, Master Investing, and Lease option investing; Patrick is a graduate of the “Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities” of Ontario also a graduate of the Beirut Hotel School. He is a business consultant expert in real estate and hospitality traveling the world training people on investment opportunities and techniques for residential, commercial, Agritech, retail and restaurant sector. Over the last 8 years trained hundreds of investors across Canada, Greece, Dubai and Beirut on stage and on 1 to 1 basis. With a focus on empowering NGOs and enterprises, Patrick supports individuals and companies to comprehend and apply the conjunction of creative thinking that includes earned, passive, and portfolio income. Patrick is an expert in fundraising strategies with a proven track record in multiple markets across Canada and the Middle East. Patrick bought, held and sold multiple properties to create cash and structure a second income. Patrick establishes joint venture opportunities and, enjoys guiding entrepreneurs through one on one environment helping them expand and execute solid plans to achieve their investment objectives with a targeted approach on equity, profits and cash flow.

RIMA AWADA ZGHEIB

Partner at ICTN LLP, UK. Her experience includes sales, marketing, and customer service in the MENA region. She is a business graduate with an emphasis on Systems Thinking from the Open University, UK. Rima is also an Instructional Designer from the University of Maryland and currently studying Design Thinking at Sloan School of Management, MIT. She is a Certified Trainer from ICTN. Rima has delivered several workshops such as Becoming the Expert Assistant, Customer Service, Time Management, and Sales Workshops for large companies in the Middle East. She is fluent in English and Arabic with good communication skills. In addition to this, Rima is an Accredited Emotions and Behaviours at Work Facilitator from the UK. She administers, analyses, and coaches others in managing their emotions and behaviors more effectively. Some of the clients that Rima delivered workshops to are: Majid Al Futtaim, Indevco, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Holcim, Byblos Bank. Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon and many others… She is also a Supportive Trainer to Board Director Level Workshops for Multinational Companies overseas.

Sergio’s Motto: "Making every life encounter a transformational experience” Sergio is a motivated, dedicated and professional individual who has gained a broad experience from working at leading organizations such as Le Royal Hotel and Resorts “Member of the leading hotels in the world”, MetLife “Number 1 Life Insurance Company Worldwide and Lebanon”, and ProAbled “Connecting HR to People with Disability for Inclusive Communities”, in addition to other assignments and projects extended over numerous countries such as Lebanon, Europe, and MENA Region. His powerful interpersonal and essential skills have been a plus in providing acceptance in the business and people coaching world and taking over big projects in his career. At 24 years of age, he co-founded Clase Mundial “Travel and Wedding agency in Lebanon and Cyprus” which is now a leading and high profile business for couples wishing to marry abroad and in Lebanon. Sergio also co-founded Tamtam Cocktails “Fresh Snacks and Juice catering for restaurants and events” which is now being sort after as a concession and chain in various places around Lebanon. Vivre en Paix for family empowerment is an NGO project that Sergio co-founded which deals with psychological, economic, and educational aspects families face. In 2018, Sergio was chosen to be the Lead Trainer at ProAbled to career mentor students in the Lebanese University, coach women entrepreneurs, and deliver training for Lebanese and refugees all over Lebanon. His projects grew to train and coach NGOs and people to work on essential Soft Skills and Leadership Management for over 3000 persons during 2018 and 2019. As a coach, Sergio has helped his clients in mastering every aspect of their business by analyzing, solving and training on various projects related to Team Building, Leadership Skills, Stress Management, People Management, Strategy development, Action, and Implementation plan, Sales and Leads management and Process Improvement.
